In addition to WDM, we also operate DC Media Academy, a school dedicated to teaching filmmaking, acting, and digital marketing in the heart of D.C.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone who is not only a creative thinker but also a hands-on doer, capable of managing multiple projects across both Washington Digital Media and DC Media Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative or digital media environment.

  • Strong skills in video production, editing, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to wear multiple hats and take on various roles as needed.

  • A strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, evolving industry.

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management is a plus.

  • Experience in education or a strong interest in the arts and media education is desirable.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.

  • Driven, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
